Sometimes you may want to play a game on more than one computer. Or you may want to reinstall a game after your hard drive crashed.... or somebody poured orange juice into your desktop. (It happens.)

To re-register a Game Socks game, download and install it again. Select "Already Paid" in the opening window and you'll be taken to our web-based registration code re-issue page. Enter the requested information and you'll be sent a code to re-register your game. You'll be back up and playing again in no time!
Your satisfaction is important to us! We offer a 30 day return policy from the date of purchase on all game purchases.
If you are not completely satisified with your purchase within 30 days, please contact our support department at support-whd@gamecentersolution.com. Please include your first and last name, the game you purchased, the date of purchase, the Order ID from your receipt, and the reason for returning the game. You may also call our support center with this information, at (949) 420-0697.

For Windows games, please make sure you have the latest version of DirectX for your version of Windows.
DirectX is available for free via Microsoft's Windows Update page.
Otherwise, be sure to check the minimum specifications of the particular game you are installing and be sure that the computer you are using meets those specifications.
Many older soundcards aren't fully compatible with Microsoft DirectX. Usually, simply updating your soundcard drivers will fix any strange sound problems you may encounter. Check with your manufacturer (or your soundcard manufacturer's web site) for the latest drivers.
